Meet Our Instructor, Pam Foster: “Yoga has been a part of my life for over 15 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully.
I completed my 200 hour Vinyasa Flow training with Deb Zarnay from Londonderry, NH and my 500 hour advanced Energy Flow training with Daniel Orlanski from Arlington, Ma . I will always be a student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers have shared with me.
Working with kids for so many years, I have come to understand that children come into the world with the need for our time and love. I focus my classes on increasing flexibility, strength, balance, breath work, and meditation through the combination of creative sequencing and proper alignment. I seek to help others thrive by nurturing their body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that they step off the mat feeling refreshed, balanced and loved. I enjoy working with children because of their imagination, innocence, and creativity.”
Yoga Club is a program offered by Crispin’s House made possible through the support of our donors and sponsors.
